None of the lights are colored through. The colors are dissolved in a special wax, the melting point of which is a few degrees higher than that of the raw core, and over-dipped with this special wax 2 times, which ensures optimal burning and minimizes the risk of the candles running. The coloring method also ensures that sooting is minimized.
