Payment
In the webshop, you can pay by credit card, Dankort or mobilpay.
The amount is reserved on your account and is only withdrawn when the item is shipped.
It is possible to pay by credit card, Dankort, Mobilepay and cash in our physical stores.
Shipping * (Prices for shipping throughout Denmark for products that can be shipped with GLS)
Delivery of orders under DKK 499. to Pakkeshop or business address via GLS: from DKK 59.
Delivery of orders over DKK 499. to Parcelshop or business address via GLS: DKK 0.
The shipping price appears in the order approval before you pay.
*Shipping prices are individual for furniture and larger products that cannot be shipped with GLS.
If the package is not picked up in the parcel shop - and comes back to us - for example because the customer forgot to pick it up before it was sent back, then the customer must pay for it to be resent.
The goods are insured by GLS during shipping and upon receipt please check the contents of the package. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive them, you must notify us immediately, and no later than 2 days after receipt. Please return the item to us.
We always pack the goods properly so that the risk of shipping damage is minimised.
Collection in our store is free.
We will send your goods as soon as possible after your order. Most often, the order is dispatched the same day or the first business day after it is received. You will receive a link with a tracking number where you can follow your package.
Our larger furniture is delivered with another carrier and freight is therefore added (delivery to non-bridged islands, an additional Island surcharge is added)

When purchasing larger furniture, The Traveling Band will contact you to arrange shipping and delivery.
Right of withdrawal
The return slip is attached to the shipment when The Traveling Band sends the goods. If the return slip is missing when you receive the goods, please print a new return slip here : Return slip . The return slip is necessary to be able to identify the case in question upon receipt of the goods.

The item can also be returned in our physical store. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and the buyer bears the costs associated with the return.
Refunds for a returned item are returned to the customer's account within 14 days from the date of The Traveling Band's receipt of the returned item and return slip.
If the item is lost on return, The Traveling Band does not bear the costs.
If the item is not in the same condition on return as it was on delivery, an amount corresponding to the condition of the item will be refunded. The Traveling Band sets an amount for the item's depreciation and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer's account.
Please note that returns do not apply to furniture with special dimensions made to order.
If an item is desired in a different color, size or similar. in relation to what has been ordered and delivered, a new order must be made in the webshop.
Complaint
It is important to us that you receive the best service and that all goods meet your expectations. Should you unexpectedly receive a defective or incorrect item, please send an email to info@thetravellingband.dk
Additional information regarding complaint
Please note that visible damage must always be noted upon receipt of your goods.
Hidden damage must be reported to us no later than 7 days after receipt. This is done by sending an email to info@thetravellingband.dk
If the complaint is confirmed, The Traveling Band bears the costs associated with the delivery of replacement goods. If the replacement item is not available, the amount paid will be credited within 30 days. Note: upon receipt of any replacement goods, you may risk being charged for customs duties. This amount is not borne by The Traveling Band.
Whether a defective item must be sent back to The Traveling Band or simply discarded depends on the case and the condition of the item. More information will follow after The Traveling Band has received a completed complaint form.
The buyer bears the costs for the return freight if goods are sent back without the complaint being confirmed by The Traveling Band.
All goods in the webshop are covered by the rules of the Danish Sales Act regarding the 24-month right of complaint. The right to complain means that the buyer can complain about errors and defects in the product that have arisen within 24 months of purchase.
No right of withdrawal
furniture with special dimensions made to order and is an item we take home especially for you. According to current legislation, there is no right of cancellation for order purchases, it is therefore not possible to return this item.
